R. Burton Parker, a member of a prominent Pittsburgh family that owned an investment house that eventually became Parker/Hunter Inc., died Sunday of Parkinson's disease. Mr. Parker, who was 91, lived in Sewickley. (...)
Surviving are his wife, Mary Wettach Parker; daughters Ann Parker Demong of Vermont and Joan Elaine Parker of Boston; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends following a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday at the Presbyterian Church of Sewickley. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Copeland Funeral Service, Sewickley.
